Think about it.
There was a time when simply knowing how to build a good website was an incredibly valuable skill.
Businesses needed websites.
Very few people knew how to build them.
Then everyone learned WordPress.
Then came templates.
Then came drag-and-drop builders.
Then Fiverr.
Then AI.
Today?
Someone will offer to build the whole thing for the price of your dinner.
Then paid traffic exploded.
Businesses suddenly needed customers from Facebook and Google.
Then everyone became a “Facebook Ads Expert.”
Courses appeared.
Agencies multiplied.
Competition exploded.
Margins compressed.
Then came funnels.
I know this one particularly well.
There was a time when being able to strategically build a high-converting funnel was a specialized skill.
Then came templates.
Page builders.
Cheap freelancers.
AI copy.
And approximately 4.7 billion people putting “FUNNEL EXPERT” in their Instagram bio.
A funnel build that once justified thousands can now be undercut by someone offering the build itself for hundreds.
Then came social media.
Businesses needed people to manage it.
Then everybody became one.
And we all know what happened next.
We discover an opportunity.
We name it.
We package it.
We sell courses about it.
We make templates.
We outsource it.
We undercut each other.
And eventually...
That's how markets work.
And right now, I believe we're watching the beginning of the next wave.
BUSINESSES DON'T NEED ANOTHER WEBSITE.
THEY DON'T NEED ANOTHER “SOCIAL MEDIA GUY.”
AND THEY DEFINITELY DON'T NEED ANOTHER PERSON EXPLAINING CHATGPT TO THEM.
They've got a new problem.
What should they automate?
What should they leave alone?
Which repetitive jobs can AI take over?
How should AI connect to their existing business?
How do they give AI the right context?
How do they make the output reliable?
Where should a human still approve the work?
How do they turn all these tools into something that actually produces a business result?
Not another “AI guru.”
Not someone who knows 137 prompts.
Not someone who spends all day posting AI news on LinkedIn.
And definitely not someone building the next ChatGPT.
An AI Implementer does something far more valuable:
That's it.
And because businesses are only beginning to figure this out...
They ask:
“WHAT AI AGENT CAN I SELL?”
Wrong question.
Your client doesn't wake up at 3 AM thinking:
“God, I wish somebody would sell me an AI agent.”
They wake up thinking:
“Why are my leads not getting followed up?”
“Why does content take my team forever?”
“Why are we answering the same customer questions 400 times?”
“Why am I still manually reviewing these reports?”
“Why does everything still need me?”
And the more expensive the problem...
the more valuable the implementation can become.
Imagine a business selling a $10,000 service.
They generate hundreds of enquiries.
But their team responds slowly.
Follow-up is inconsistent.
Leads fall through the cracks.
Would the business care that you used:
ChatGPT?
Claude?
An automation?
An AI agent?
A workflow?
Probably not.
They care about one thing:
“DOES THIS HELP US STOP LOSING VALUABLE LEADS?”
If the answer is yes...
you're no longer selling an “AI agent.”
YOU'RE SOLVING A REVENUE PROBLEM.
And that's a completely different conversation.
Not because AI is magical.
Not because you put the letters “AI” in front of the service.
And certainly not because ChatGPT wrote you a fancy proposal.
If a company is losing valuable enquiries because follow-up is slow...
If expensive team members spend hundreds of hours repeatedly answering the same questions...
If a founder is the bottleneck preventing the company from consistently producing marketing...
If salespeople are poorly prepared, follow-up is inconsistent and opportunities disappear...
If important information lives inside people's heads and the company repeatedly depends on humans remembering what happens next...
Examples are illustrative. The economic value and appropriate service price depend on the specific business, problem, implementation and results.
Good question.
Because “AI” isn't an offer.
And:
“We help companies leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to digitally transform their operations...”
is a fantastic way to make somebody stop reading your proposal.
So during this masterclass, we're going to answer three much more useful questions.
I'm going to show you how to look for the AI opportunities hiding inside the boring, repetitive, frustrating—and sometimes very expensive—problems businesses already want solved.
You don't need 47 services.
Start with:
ONE MARKET
ONE PROBLEM
ONE AI CAPABILITY
= ONE SERVICE PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND.
Instead of:
“I run an AI automation agency.”
Imagine being able to say:
“I help clinics respond to and follow up with new enquiries faster using AI.”
Now I know what you do.
And more importantly...
a clinic owner knows why they should care.
You aren't competing with OpenAI.
Thank God.
You don't need to build the model.
You don't need a team of 40 engineers.
And you don't need to disappear into a basement for three years learning machine learning.
The intelligence already exists.
Your job is learning how to give that intelligence:
What job is it helping with?
What does it need to know?
What must it be able to do?
When should the work happen?
Where does this create value in the business?
Where does a real person still review, approve or intervene?
And you don't need to become good at everything.
BECOME VERY GOOD AT ONE USEFUL THING FIRST.
That's a much smaller mountain to climb.
You don't need 100,000 Instagram followers.
You don't need to become an AI influencer.
You don't need to post:
“10 INSANE ChatGPT prompts that will BLOW YOUR MIND 🤯"
every morning.
You need to find somebody who has the problem you solve.
Then make the problem—and the potential solution—visible.
Don't walk into a business saying:
“Would you like to buy my AI automation?”
Instead:
“I noticed you're generating enquiries through Facebook. How quickly does your team normally respond when someone enquires after hours?”
That's a business conversation.
And once the problem is real...
Give me:
ONE MARKET
ONE BUSINESS PROBLEM
ONE AI CAPABILITY
And watch what happens.
Dental Clinics
Slow Lead Response
Lead Response System
AI Lead Response Implementation
The business case for implementing it
And I'll do it live.
So you're not leaving this masterclass thinking:
“AI sounds cool.”
You're going to see how the pieces connect.
Because there are two sides to this opportunity.
IF YOU ALREADY OWN A BUSINESS:
Use AI to improve:
MARKETING
SALES
OPERATIONS
CONTENT
SUPPORT
RESEARCH
REPORTING
AND MORE...
IF YOU DON'T OWN A BUSINESS:
That's the side of the opportunity almost nobody is talking about clearly enough.
You don't necessarily need to invent a product.
You don't need a warehouse.
You don't need inventory.
You don't need to manufacture anything.
THE CAPABILITY CAN BECOME THE SERVICE.
EVERY TECHNOLOGY WAVE CREATES PEOPLE WHO USE IT...
Websites created web designers.
Paid traffic created media buyers.
Funnels created funnel builders.
Social media created social media managers.
And now businesses are staring at AI wondering:
“WHAT SHOULD WE ACTUALLY DO WITH THIS?”
Somebody is going to help them answer that question.
WHY NOT YOU?
This window won't stay this clean forever.
It never does.
Eventually...
“AI Implementer” will be in everybody's bio.
Thousands of agencies will offer the exact same thing.
Templates will appear.
Prices will get squeezed.
Businesses will get bombarded.
The market will become more sophisticated.
And marketers will do what marketers have always done...
WE'LL RUIN IT. 😂
But we're not there yet.
And that's why I believe this is an interesting moment to start developing the capability.
BECAUSE BUSINESSES ARE STILL FIGURING OUT HOW TO USE IT.
You've been watching the AI boom and thinking, “How do I actually make money from this?”
You want something more tangible than becoming a “prompt engineer.”
You're starting from scratch and don't know what your offer should be.
You're a freelancer, consultant or agency owner looking for your next valuable capability.
You already work with businesses and can see how much inefficient work still exists.
You would rather solve expensive problems than compete over $47 digital products.
You're willing to actually learn, implement and talk to customers.
An existing business
An existing offer
A massive following
Your own AI software
A computer science degree
To invent the next ChatGPT
Curiosity
Willingness to learn
Willingness to implement
Willingness to solve real problems
Willingness to talk to businesses
IT CHANGES WHICH WORK IS VALUABLE.
For years, I've built businesses around:
OFFERS
FUNNELS
MARKETING
SALES
SYSTEMS
Today, my team and I are integrating AI across:
CONTENT
ADVERTISING
SALES
FUNNELS
OPERATIONS
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
DESIGN
VIDEO
And while teaching business owners how to build their AI Operating Systems, I kept hearing one question:
“PENG... THIS IS GREAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A BUSINESS. BUT WHAT IF I DON'T?”
And eventually I realized...
I had been showing them only one side of the opportunity.
BUSINESS OWNERS NEED AI IMPLEMENTED.
Which means...
This masterclass is about that second side.
That's impossible anyway.
By the time you finish learning today's newest tool...
there will probably be six more tomorrow.
The goal is simpler:
Start there.
Then get better.
